  • Regular and Special Assessments are the primary funding source to keep HOA9 Gardens operating. Members agreed to the terms of the HOA9 Gardens Association when the home was purchased.

  • Regular Assessments primarily pay for operating expenses to keep the neighborhood looking nice and to provide some services like the Pool Facility, Tennis Courts, and the Playground to the Members and Residents.

  • Special Assessments are typically used to cover specific projects usually for a specific purpose. These projects are typically for capital improvement and/or maintenance of Private Drives.

  • No. HOA9 Gardens Association's Board members are not compensated in anyway.

  • Members that are charged a fee is process through the Administrator and are used for maintenance, repairs for the common area.

  • Regular and Special Assessments are due on a Monthly basis. Assessments are due on the 15th day of the billing period and are delinquent on 45th day.

  • There are a couple of options to make payments.You may pay by check and mail your payment to 855 Aracdia Ave, Aracdia, CA 91007.You may work with your bank to set up a Bill Payment. Most financial institutions offer this service for free. All you need is the HOA9 Gardens mailing address.
